The Team

  • Robert has 40 years of experience as a business executive, holding leadership positions at Western Alliance Bancorporation, Zions Bancorporation, California Bank & Trust, GB Bancorporation, National Bank of Arizona, the Phoenix Suns, the Phoenix Mercury, and RCD Mallorca.

    During his career Robert has either lent on or acquired over $100 billion of real estate.

    Robert has served on various boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank Advisory Council, SkyWest Airlines, Meritage Homes, American Savings Bank, the National Basketball Association, and The Sarver Heart Center at The University of Arizona.

  • Jordan focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing real estate investment activity.

    Previously, he worked as a Vice President in both the Capital Markets and Development Groups at Avison Young from 2014 to 2023.

    Jordan earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

  • Melissa oversees all legal aspects of the organization.

    Previously, she spent over ten years as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury.

    Melissa has a dual degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Illinois and a law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

  • Evan focuses on investment oversight, financial management & reporting, and tax strategy and compliance.

    Previously, he worked as a partner in public accounting at BeachFleischman PC from 2008 to 2023.

    Evan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 2007 and was a four-year varsity tennis player.

  • Max focuses on overseeing life science real estate and alternative investments.

    Previously, he worked as an associate in the Investment Banking division at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods from 2020 to 2023.

    Max received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 2020.

  • Matt focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing alternative and financial institution investments.

    Previously, he worked as an associate in the Investment Banking division at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods from 2018 to 2023.

    Matt earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018.

  • Austin focuses on overseeing construction projects across real estate investments.

    PreviousIy, he worked as a superintendent for LGE Design Build from 2021 to 2025.

    Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado Christian University in 2012.

  • Jake focuses on the acquisition analysis, asset management, and value enhancement of real estate investments.

    Previously, he worked as an analyst in the Originations department at ACORE Capital from 2022 to 2024.

    Jake earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California in 2022.

  • Brent focuses on the acquisition, asset management, and value enhancement of all real estate investments.

    Previously, he worked as an associate in the Real Estate Asset Management group at Blackstone where he focused on their US and Canadian Logistics businesses from 2023 to 2026.

    Brent earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration with a concentration in Law and a Minor in Real Estate from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in 2023.

  • Nicole focuses on accounting and financial reporting for the firm.

    Previously, she worked as the Vice President of Finance and Director of Operations at Decimal, an outsourced client accounting services firm, from 2022 to 2025.

    Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in 2016.

  • Casey focuses on accounting and financial administration for the firm.

    She has held leadership roles in business operations across professional services and hospitality, including six years as Director of Operations for a boutique accounting and tax practice.

    Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona in 2015.

  • Zach focuses on retail implementation across our mixed-use developments.

    Zach received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California in 2025.
