Robert has 40 years of experience as a business executive, holding leadership positions at Western Alliance Bancorporation, Zions Bancorporation, California Bank & Trust, GB Bancorporation, National Bank of Arizona, the Phoenix Suns, the Phoenix Mercury, and RCD Mallorca.
During his career Robert has either lent on or acquired over $100 billion of real estate.
Robert has served on various boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank Advisory Council, SkyWest Airlines, Meritage Homes, American Savings Bank, the National Basketball Association, and The Sarver Heart Center at The University of Arizona.

Jordan focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing real estate investment activity.
Previously, he worked as a Vice President in both the Capital Markets and Development Groups at Avison Young from 2014 to 2023.
Jordan earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Melissa oversees all legal aspects of the organization.
Previously, she spent over ten years as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury.
Melissa has a dual degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Illinois and a law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Previously, he worked as a partner in public accounting at BeachFleischman PC from 2008 to 2023.
Evan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 2007 and was a four-year varsity tennis player.

Previously, he worked as an associate in the Investment Banking division at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods from 2020 to 2023.
